We had an amazing Christmas vacation in a charming hotel in Thailand. The facilities were top-notch, with a beautiful outdoor pool surrounded by lush greenery, and comfortable rooms with a stunning view of the surrounding mountains. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing us with everything we needed during our stay. the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the local area, with plenty of attractions and activities nearby.
There were a few negative aspects that dampened our experience. the towels in the room had an unpleasant smell, which we found quite unpleasant.

The resort was strategically located near restaurants and coffee shops. the pool was amazing with a great view of the surroundings. I particularly enjoyed the free shuttle to the nearby attraction. This was a great advantage in terms of convenience and cost-saving.
On the contrary, the room was not up to the standards. Some of the towels we received still smelled like the previous guests and there were no covers on the beds.
